Welcome to SQL DataVerse Academy ("we", "our", or "the Academy"). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, programs, products, digital content, and community spaces (collectively, the “Services”). By using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our Services.
“Services” includes the SQL DataVerse Academy website, DataVerse Store, VIP SQL Circle, FAANG Bootcamps, digital products, email communications, and community platforms.
“Member” refers to any user who registers, purchases, or accesses our Services.
“Digital Products” include ebooks, templates, interviews guides, video content, and downloadable or streamable learning materials.
“Membership” refers to paid subscription or lifetime access programs offered by the Academy.
You must be at least 13 years old to access our Services. Users aged 13–18 must use the Services only with parental consent.
You agree to provide accurate account information and maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.
All content provided by SQL DataVerse Academy—including ebooks, templates, training materials, problem banks, branding assets, and software—is protected by Indian and international copyright laws.

All prices are shown in Indian Rupees and may change without notice. Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party processors. We do not store full payment card details.
Taxes such as GST may apply depending on your region.
Access: Upon successful payment, you receive instant access to download or stream the product. Access remains for lifetime unless Terms are violated.
Updates: Some products may receive free updates. Updates are not guaranteed but provided at our discretion.
Community Access: Buying any store product grants you access to a private marketplace community.
Membership Structure: Lifetime enrollment priced at ₹9,999 for early members. Includes all SQL products, masterclasses, and community content.
Lifetime Access Definition: “Lifetime” refers to the duration that SQL DataVerse Academy operates the membership program.
Founding Members: First 100 members receive locked-in lifetime pricing and additional perks such as early access features and priority support.
Limited seats (50). Includes recordings, premium problem sets, project templates, bonus ebooks, and certificates.

Refund requests must be emailed to sandipan@sqldatacamp.com. Abuse of policy leads to permanent ban.
Refunds apply only if the product is defective, corrupted, or significantly different from what was described.
Full refund available if requested 48 hours before start. Partial (50%) refund available after Day 1 before Day 2 begins.
By posting content in community spaces, you grant SQL DataVerse Academy a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and promote your contributions.
Hate speech, copyrighted content, impersonation, or harmful materials are strictly prohibited.
You must behave respectfully, avoid plagiarism, protect confidential content, and refrain from spam or self-promotion without permission.
Violations may result in warnings, suspension, or permanent bans depending on severity.
The Services are provided “as is.” SQL DataVerse Academy makes no guarantees regarding job outcomes, interview success, salary increases, or uninterrupted platform availability. Testimonials represent individual results.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid in the past 12 months or ₹10,000, whichever is lower.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SQL DataVerse Academy, its founder Sandipan Mukherjee, employees, and partners from claims arising from misuse or violations.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access for violations, fraud, abuse of refund policy, account sharing, or harmful behavior.
These Terms are governed by Indian law. All disputes must be resolved in Asansol, West Bengal, following an attempt at informal resolution.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
Your use is governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect necessary data for processing orders, improving services, and refund verification.
If any section is found invalid, remaining Terms stay in effect. You may not assign your rights without written permission.
