This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for the Ultimate SQL Interview & Practice Bundle + VIP SQL Inner Circle (Lifetime Access) (“Bundle”).

This policy covers refunds and cancellations for the Bundle purchase, including:

• Digital learning resources included in the bundle (practice sheets, interview guides, projects, challenges, and bonus materials)
• VIP SQL Inner Circle access included with the bundle (private Telegram community)
• Updates to bundle resources delivered as part of the same purchase

3. Product Overview & 7-Day Refund Eligibility

3.1 Product Overview

The Bundle is a one-time purchase that grants lifetime access to advanced SQL interview and problem-solving resources, along with private community access (VIP SQL Inner Circle).

• Advanced SQL practice sheets (Window Functions, Subqueries, Recursive CTEs)
• SQL interview guides (recent MAANG questions + repeated interview patterns & theory)
• Portfolio-grade SQL case study projects
• Screening-style SQL challenge
• Bonus analytics interview kit (Statistics, Excel, Power BI, Guesstimates)
• VIP SQL Inner Circle: weekly questions, monthly projects & challenges, job updates, peer discussions

3.2 7-Day Refund Eligibility

We offer a full refund within 7 days of purchase for the Bundle. After 7 days, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances.

3.3 Refund Amount

If your refund request is approved within 7 days, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid. We do not offer partial refunds.

4. How to Request a Refund

4.1 Email Us Within 7 Days

To request a refund, email sandipan@sqldatacamp.com within 7 days of purchase.

4.2 What to Include in Your Email

• Subject: "Bundle Refund Request - [Your Full Name]"
• Your full name
• Email address used at checkout
• Order ID / Transaction ID
• Date of purchase
• Reason for refund (optional but helpful)

4.3 Processing Timeline

If your request meets the 7-day policy window and details are correct, we will initiate your refund. Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

Note: Processing time can vary by payment provider/bank.

5. No Refunds After 7 Days

After 7 days from your purchase date:

• No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
• We do not offer pro-rated refunds, partial refunds, or “unused content” refunds.
• Refunds will not be granted for lack of usage, schedule changes, or personal reasons after the refund window.

5.1 Common Requests That Are Not Eligible After 7 Days

• “I didn’t get time to start.”
• “I forgot to use the community.”
• “I only used part of the bundle.”
• “My plan changed / I’m busy.”

6. Cancellation Policy (One-Time Purchase)

The Bundle is a one-time purchase with lifetime access. There is no recurring subscription to cancel. You may stop using the resources or community at any time.

If you want to discontinue, you can simply stop using the content. However, cancellations do not result in a refund unless requested within the 7-day refund window.

7. Chargebacks, Fraud & Abuse

If you face any issue, please email sandipan@sqldatacamp.com before initiating a chargeback. We’re happy to help resolve access problems or genuine concerns.

7.2 Abuse & Fraud

We reserve the right to deny refunds where we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse, or bad-faith behavior, including “consume and refund” patterns or content sharing violations.

This policy is governed by the laws of West Bengal, India.
